The Belleville Henderson Central School is pleased to offer parents and guardians a Central Student Registration Process for Grades PreK-12.  

Central Registration is located at the Belleville Henderson Central School Guidance Office, 8372 County Route 75, Adams, NY 13605.

Documents to bring to your in-person appointment (copies will be made at the Guidance office) 

• Birth Certificate or other certified birth document 
• Immunization Record 
• Custody of Guardianship Papers (if applicable) 
• Special Education Services (IEP's, 504 Plan, if applicable)
• Other documents may be required if the student resides outside of the BHCS district
